Celebrating Women | Women's History Month 2021

It’s National Women’s History Month. It’s a time when we as a nation collectively commemorate and encourage the study, observance and celebration of the vital role of women in American history. So, a bit of a rhetorical question — where would this country or the world be if not for us?
The Golden Globe Awards was a shining example with strong female-oriented shows and films such as The Crown, The Queen's Gambit, Nomadland and The United States vs. Billie Holiday. Jane Fonda’s powerful speech on diversity and inclusion that evening tied it all together as she received the Cecil B. DeMille Award. Viola Davis is set to play Michelle Obama in a series about her life as The First Lady. We’ll never forget Michelle shining beautifully in our Illusion Pear Diamond Cluster Drop Earrings.
What makes women so majestic is the relentless love, care, strength and courage we possess. It is our duty to do our best to remind our daughters of these talents. Sara Weinstock was created with the intention of celebrating women. Drawing constant inspiration from the women she meets and surrounds herself with — beautifully complex, soft, tough, raw, dynamic, empowered and feminine — Sara believes that expressing ourselves freely is what it means to be fully alive, and to be a woman. Let us continue to build and pass on the beautiful legacy of what it means to be one.
“We are all different, and so are the stones I use. Each one is of the highest quality, multi-faceted and special in its own way – just like women. We are all beautifully unique and rare. My jewelry celebrates the expression of women and the individual light that shines within all of us.” -SW
