We at Sara Weinstock are extremely confident you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns for exchange, or credit (no refunds), within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. Sale items that have been permanently marked down, and select made-to-order pieces are final sale with no exceptions. Special Orders are not eligible for a return and are considered final sale.

All items must be unworn, unaltered in any way and in the original Sara Weinstock packaging in which it was shipped (box/pouch).
Client is responsible for the shipping charges on any order that is not an in stock item if approved for an exchange. We recommend you ship next day air, with insurance and signature required. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
Upon receipt, Item(s) will be inspected. If item(s) returned are deemed not to be in its original condition or altered in any way, the item(s)will be returned to you and the sale will be considered final.
